Dr. Pubalin Das, Ph. D

Consultant Psychologist


Her goal as a therapist is to help her clients move towards feeling fully alive, present, and engaged in their life — to help them live the kind of life they want. She works with patients to identify what is truly important to them and to develop new approaches to pain, anxiety, and distress so that they can be more engaged with the present, more satisfied with their life.

She is a licensed Rehabilitation Psychologist, completed her Ph.D. and Research Associateship from the University of Delhi. Her research work is based on clinical and child psychology. She has been associated with several delinquency homes, prisons, sexual assault victims, and with different communities. She has more than fifteen years of experience in the field of research, teaching, and as a psychologist. She has extensive training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Child-Parent Psychotherapy to address early trauma. She has special interest, training, and experience working with children, adolescents, and families experiencing attachment disruptions. She is trained in and has experience in working with prisoners.

Her treatment approaches include parenting skills, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychoeducation, Trauma therapies, Attachment-related therapies, and support and validation which is an evidence-based approach to psychotherapy that has been extremely effective at empowering people to face life’s challenges, overcome difficulties, and attain a purposeful and meaningful life. She provides professional training and consultation as well as the development of workplace programs targeted at improving the health and wellness of employees.

Dr. Ashru Mochan Sahoo

Currently working as an Assistant Professor, Department of Psychiatry, S.C.B Medical College, Odisha. He has more than 12 years of experience in this field. He is a Post Graduate Diploma in Geriatric Psychiatry. He is trained in Deaddiction medicine from AIIMS. Apart from medication, he is passionate about helping his patients to lead a fulfilling and balanced life. He provides a safe space for his patients to explore their wants and needs. His goal is to empower his patients with the knowledge, tools, and courage to overcome life’s toughest challenges and disappointments, and help them to understand the best path forward.

Mr. Bibhuti Bhusan Gadanayak

Senior consultant


Received the Master’s degree in Disaster Preparedness, Mitigation and Management from Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Thailand and studied M. Phil from Central Institute of Psychiatry, India. Mr. Gadnayak is currently working as Senior Technical Advisor, UNDP, Rwanda, East Africa. Prior to this, Mr. Gadnayak has worked as Education in Emergencies Coordinator, UNICEF, Barbados, based at the Ministry of Education, Youth, Culture, Social & Library Services, Turks & Caicos Islands, Eastern Caribbean Area, DRR & CCA Coordinator, UNICEF, Guwahati, India, Disaster Risk Reduction & Climate Change Adaption Specialist with UNDP, The Gambia, West Africa, Knowledge Management Specialist, UNISDR, Thailand, subsequently as United Nations Disaster Management Team Officer (UNDMT) with UNDP based in Delhi, India.

Ms. Shyama Das

Senior Manager


Shyama Das is working as the Research Head and Senior Manager. Previously she was working at Prasad Psycho Corporation, New Delhi. She has experience in a variety of settings and publication types, from magazines to pamphlets and public service announcements and full length book manuscripts, Journal articles, Psychological Scales. She is also responsible for brands communication on various social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and managing online branding, communications and campaigns through the company website, email marketing and building an online community. She has been conducting in person various psychological tests at locations like school and colleges and collecting sample data using Google forms. She has an experience of training of interns for the development of psychological scales, journal articles.

Shyama has around 12+ years of work experience with diverse knowledge in the field of education, content development, advertising and psychology. She has dominantly worked for the development of child education, conducted a wide range of research and analysis in Psychology.

Mr. Amarkesh Mahendru

Rehab. Professional, Special Education


He holds Master’s degree in five disciplines i.e. M.A. Geography, M.A. Sociology, M.A. Education, Master Degree in Special Education-Hearing Impairment, M. Ed in General Education as well as Post Graduate Professional Certificate in Special Education – Mental Retardation (PGPCSE-MR). He is RCI registered Rehab. Professional in the area of Hearing Impairment and working in the premiere institute for the Speech and Hearing Disabilities namely - AYJNISHD, Regional Centre, Noida under the DEPwDs, MSJ &E, Govt. of India. He is having 30 Years’ experience in the field.
He also engaged in teaching & training to the Children with Hearing Impairment (Early Intervention Programme), Teacher training programmes i.e. D.Ed. and B.Ed. Special Education – Hg. Imp., Integrated Education Programme, Parents Training programme (PTP), Online Parent Interaction Programme (OPIP) and Developing Teaching Learning Materials. He has contributed his expertise in the area of Hearing Impairment in various premiere organizations like, NCERT, IGNOU, MPBOU- M.P., IEDC-Delhi Govt., DEP-SSA & NCDS of IGNOU & Rehabilitation Council of India, New Delhi.
He is the author of 4 books (3 Activity Books for the Language development in the Children with Hearing Impairment and Handbook on Disability, Rehabilitation and Special Education).

Ms. Century Shukla

Dance Movement Therapist


She is professionally acclaimed for her technical grace fluidity and adherence to the purity of the Odissi dance style. She holds a master's degree in Odissi dance and presently pursuing her MPhil in Odissi dance from the University of Culture, Bhubaneswar. Her contribution to the field of dance movement therapy is unique in her ability to integrate her experiences in public service, dance education, adult education, and dance movement therapy. Her personal and professional life is dedicated to cultivating and use of art in cross-cultural learning.

She is a Gold medalist in the field of dance in her under graduation program and now pursuing her research work with special kids and contributing as a dance therapist. She continues to support the mission of expanding the representation of diverse identities in the field of dance movement therapy.

Dr. Subhasmita Panda, Ph. D

Developmental Psychologist



Currently working as an Assistant Professor of Psychology, BJB (Autonomous) College, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. She has completed her Ph.D. from the University of Delhi. Her research work is based on Cognitive Developmental psychologyand child psychology. She has more than eight years of experience in the field of research, teaching, and as a child psychologist. She has extensive training in Theory of mind of children.

Dr. Gopal Chandra Mahakuda, Ph. D

He is working as an Assistant Professor, Department of Applied Psychology, University of Delhi,The prime area of research of Dr. Mahakud are, applied clinical psychology, applied organizational behavior, childhood mental disorder, developmental disabilities, Social Networking, Geriatric Psychology, and substance uses.Dr Mahakud has contributed 40 international and national research articles and 4 most popular books in the field of Psychology.

She is trained under the guidance of psychiatrists and psychologists. She is a trained fitness guide. She has been working with different clinics as a counselor. She is trained in Gratitude therapy and she treats a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, obesity, trauma, mood management, behavioral and emotional dysregulation, self-harming behaviors, suicidal ideation, relationship struggles, low self-esteem, parenting skills, self-exploration and self-empowerment, bullying and life transitions.

Mr. Siddharth Upadhyay

Deglutologist and Speech Therapist


Siddharth Upadhyay is a proactive RCI registered Speech therapist and Deglutologist who is currently enrolled in Post Graduation in Deglutology and Swallowing Disorders from Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences. As a graduate (BASLP) from one of the premiere govt. institutions of India, AYJNISHD, he can treat all kinds of speech and language disorders and specialises in swallowing disorders, neurological speech disorders and voice disorders across all age groups. His ambition is to empower most of his patients and their caregivers with his positive and practical sense of knowledge. He believes that rehabilitation doesn't have to be boring and can be done in a playful manner. With a magnetic and compationate smile, he will help you overcome all the challenges related to his forte.

Dr. Sayantani Behura, Ph. D

Academician, Rama Devi Women’s University


Dr Sayantani Behura is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Gender Studies, Rama Devi Women’s University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Prior to this she served as an Assistant Professor in Psychology, Ravenshaw University. Her areas of interest are Psychology of Gender, Gender issues in Therapy, Menstrual Health and Mental Health, Gender and Health, and Literary Studies. She has authored a book titled A for…Abuse, Adoption, AIDS; co-authored a monograph, Prof Radhanath Rath: The Man and the Image with Prof. U.N. Dash. She is currently an Editorial Board Member of RDWU Journal of Social Sciences and Humanities, and RDWU literary magazine Arundhati. She has published several research articles in journals of national and international repute. She is an active member of National Academy of Psychology, The Institute of Odia Studies and Indian Association of Women’s Studies.

She has been fully involved in curriculum designing, editing of research papers, administration and interpretation of psychological test, counseling, therapies, training, development of workshop and conferences, advising, guidance, evaluation, supporting in job search techniques and communications models. She has been very well versed to the administrative affairs of a progressive organization.
